The focus on this machine is to not only produce explosive lower body strength, but also reduces the amount of stress on your lower back and knees.

Start the movement by bending at the knees and squatting down toward the floor. As you squat down make sure that your head is up and your abs are tight. Once you reach the 990 degree angle with your legs, drive the weight back up until you are in a standing position.
