Proper Exercise Technique
Keep grip at shoulder width with palms facing away. If necessary a partner can assist by hooking under ankles. Always start each rep fully extended at bottom. Think of your hands as hooks and focus on pulling elbows down rather than pulling body up. Squeeze shoulder blades together at top (imagine squeezing a pencil between them).
