Proper Exercise Technique
Hang from a chin-up bar, or hanging arm supports, with back slightly rounded and toes pointing forward. Raise legs up to horizontal position until a 90 degree angle is reached with your body. Keep your toes pointing up. Hold and squeeze. DON’T swing body for momentum.
