Introducing The Maximum Muscle Mass Program

Muscle Gain Story

Dear Fellow Athletes,

First I would like say hello and thank you to all of the viewers out there and I am extremely excited about the debut of the Morris Mendez's new eBook "Maximum Muscle Mass". If you love lifting weights like all of us here at FitnessAtlantic.com I know you are going to enjoy the book.

If for some strange reason you don't already know Mo Mendez I would like to introduce him, as I know him.

Maximum Muscle Mass with Mo Mendez I met Mo Mendez before he became a star when he first competed in my show, the year 2000 I was holding the second annual Fitness Atlantic Musclemania. In 1999 the show kicked off with a huge venue, incredible staging and concert music and lighting it was the talk of New England bodybuilding and in the year 2000 all the top bodybuilders and fitness competitors came to enter. Morris Mendez was one of them but he was an unknown compared to some the veteran athletes with bigger names and equally as good titles. Mo won the show, which appeared on ESPN's American Muscle Magazine. We still didn't know each other than just seeing each other that day.

Then on Memorial Day weekend Mo competed in the Musclemania Superbody show at the Regent on Wall Street in New York City and took second place and again was on ESPN's American Muscle Magazine show. Then he disappeared with many people wondering just who was this guy and where did he come from and what was his story. How could he be such a great bodybuilder and nobody knew much about him?

In 2002 I finally started speaking to the natural bodybuilding genetic great when he finally called me before the Fitness Atlantic and we became friends he said he was coming back for the title again. That second place Superbody win must have motivated this guy because he came back with a lot more muscle and he was like a whole new person. He had asked me what I thought he needed to do to become a popular bodybuilder and I advised him that he needed to talk to people instead of keeping to himself - anyone at the show from fellow athletes, show staff, and judges. I told him taking the title is great but if people don't like you they will never really care about you. Mo took a controversial second that year but went home the "fan favorite".

Now 2003 let me think of how to explain his conditioning - I'm thinking of a word to write but there isn't a word to describe it but flawless. Mo's conditioning was without a doubt perfect. Now not only did he do all his homework with size, conditioning and symmetry he also talked to everyone and even had a camera crew follow and film him from twelve weeks out from the show and document his training right up the overall win and trophy presentation.

Mo Mendez Inspired Nick Navarro

In 2004 I convinced Mo to compete in the World Championships and we went to the show and he took second place in Hollywood. He then makes a connection and gets a two-year sports supplement endorsement contract with a company out of Canada and endorses the product line with magazine advertisements and by going to the Arnold Classic and the Mr. Olympia expos.

Mo knew his conditioning wasn't as good for the 2004 World Championships as his 2003 Fitness Atlantic conditioning and focused on the 2005 Superbody in Miami Beach which he was so far ahead of the competition it wasn't even a contest it was a Mo Mendez showcase. This was also the year we set out to go big time with exposure and with some connections with photographers Mo gets hooked up with Weider and starts to shoot editorial spreads for Muscle & Fitness. In 2005 Mo decides to give the World Championships another shot in Hollywood and takes another runner-up finish to a international competitor frustrated by the upset Mo and his entire class of fellow competitors grab each others hands of all of them did a victory overhead pose while they all leave out the questionable winner.

Brian Cannone In 2006 I helped Mo edit the 2003 Fitness Atlantic footage with the help of a professional filmmaker. The DVD shows Mo as he explains to the camera on his contest preparations. The DVD is a hit and athletes from all around the world take interest.

In February 2007 Mo lands the cover of Muscle & Fitness magazine and a follow-up cover in May 2008 one of his lifelong dreams becomes reality. Muscle & Fitness magazine has a circulation of 425,000 and his issues are some of the best sellers.

With all that Mo has accomplished in his bodybuilding career one thing is certain as we talked and that his fans are all fellow and future bodybuilders and with this in mind he decides to share his most prized possession all of his knowledge gained from years of training.

I have had the chance to become great friends with Mo Mendez and hope you get the chance to know him as I do. He loves the sport of bodybuilding and everything that goes with it from the training, nutrition and sports supplements. I am happy to promote the Maximum Muscle Mass ebook as it is filled with 180 pages of useful information for athletes to follow and all the titles, shows, photos, videos, are not as fulfilling as helping other athletes realize their dreams and succeed.

Sincerely,

Brian Cannone
