Bodybuilding Back Exercise - Low Back Extension

Proper Exercise Technique

Position your hips off the end of the bench and lay face down on the extension bench. Pointing your head towards the floor, keeping your back straight, hang your upper body down and extend downward until your shoulders are even wit your hips. Slowly bring back to starting position and repeat. Either crossing your arms at your chest or placing them behind your head is correct form. Its also important to keep your back straight throughout entire exercise.
