As one of the military’s highest trained captains Hugh’s specialties were paratrooping, jungle warfare, amphibious operations, close quarter combat, and skills at arms. He holds a third degree black belt in Shotokan and second degree in Tae-kwan-do martial arts.

It is hard to believe that Hugh Ross’s first bodybuilding competition was in 2002 at the Fitness Atlantic. Stepping on stage for the first time Hugh entered the Men’s Novice division he also won the Men’s Master title in the over 40 class. Hugh returned to the Atlantic stage in 2003 and entered the Men’s Open division as a Light-Heavyweight and won. In 2004 he came in shredded to win the Light-Heavy and Atlantic Overall Title and then in 2005 took home the first Atlantic Professional overall trophy. Physical training has always been part of Hugh’s life and he strives at being the best he can. Upon moving to the America Hugh became a powerlifting champion and professional natural bodybuilder. Let us explain why is this a digital download site and not a physical DVD store. It is because this is high-definition video and it takes too many DVDs to burn it on and the only way to save was to lower the quality and the cost was high for each set.

Digital Downloads saves on the printing of covers and buying the plastic cases and then adding the shipping costs. It all adds up…This way you save a lot of money, no shipping, and no waiting.

Here is the best part:
Can you edit some of these videos and post on Facebook and YouTube?
Actually that is how this idea came about because a past contestant asked for some of her footage so she could submit it to a television network for some big project that she couldn’t say what it was… we sent her the footage and she ended up casting for a TV Show and she ended up winning that show as well! *We only ask you give credit to the show and use the footage in a positive way and of course you don’t resell it. That’s it – Trademark FitnessAtlantic.com.

Even Better Yet:
What if you just want to watch the show and don’t need to download it?
Fitness Show TV may just be a better option as you can watch EVERY past and current Fitness Atlantic and other online Videos in FSTV for only a low payment each month. Save nothing onto your computer and watch the shows over and over on your TV, iPad, or other devices.
