I had the honor of participating in my first Fitness Atlantic Pageant held in CT on April 28th, 2008
I love to cook and I love to travel to new places - my friends are always wondering where I'm traveling to next.
Every competition I see better results. I start earlier and really pay attention to how my body responds to different foods.
I hope to be an inspiration to others and help them to reach their fitness goals.
I've always been really athletic and was captain of an all- state cheerleading team for 5 years.
I started competing because I wanted to see the top level of fitness that I could obtain for myself.
I've always loved being in the gym and seeing the results from the training. So I figured why not take it to another level.
I am inspired by EVERY WOMEN in the competition pages of OXYGEN.
I started to compete when I finished playing college volleyball, which I had spent my whole life competing in.
I just started competing this season at the 2007 Fitness Atlantic.
My goal is to win the Miss Bikini Universe and Miss Bikini America.
I want to start competing since after having 4 kids I decided it was time I did something for myself. 
My inspirations and strength come from my wonderful husband & his family, my mother, the Maloney family, & my friends.
Liz Anderson competed in the Ms Bikini Atlantic and won in 2003.
