Natural Solutions: Seven Natural Weight Loss Tips
Strive to eat a well-balanced diet consisting of quality protein, simple and complex carbohydrates, unsaturated fats, omega-3 fatty acids, fruits & vegetables and low-fat dairy products. If you are going to consume more than one portion of any food item, indulge in foods that have a high protein content with low carbohydrates, sugar and fat contents.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day to fill your stomach between meals to prevent overeating and dehydration.
Pay attention to nutrition labels found on foods and supplements. Usually, portion sized are misinterpreted and can be a real detriment to a successful weight loss program.
Dine in more often. Restaurant eating can wreak havoc on a person trying to maintain a weight management program. Eating out sets you up for breaking your diet
Take the emotion out of eating. Don't eat to feel good, eat to nourish the body, mind and soul. You can blow your diet by eating during mood swings such as overcoming loneliness, anger, anxiety, stress and boredom.
Cut off soda and fruit juices.
