My boyfriend competed in bodybuilding when we began dating and after attending my first show with him...I was hooked... I wanted to be on that stage!

So that September, 2005 I did my very first show. New Hampshire Tournament of Champions and I won my class! I was so overwhelmed with joy! I still can't believe I won.

My parents are a huge inspiration for me! My mother was always athletic and raised us to be healthy and always supported us. She past away last Feb. due to cancer, and everyday I live though her. My father was also athletic and was in an accident which left him paralyzed from the waist down. So everyday I'm reminded how lucky we are and seeing how strong he has been is always inspiring to me.

The shows I have competed in so far are the New Hampshire Tournament of Champions - 1st Place Figure Tall and the USBF show in Seekonk, Massachusetts where I placed 3rd in Figure Tall. My latest shows were NPC boston- 5th and Fitness Atlantic, 4th bikini tall.

My boyfriend introduced me to the gym, and I have also met many people there who have helped and supported me along this journey. I also try to go to Cathy Savage's Sunday sessions to gain inspiration before a comp and touch up on my posing! She is a GREAT inspiration!

I work out at Best Fitness in Nashua, New Hampshire.

I also drink many protein shakes.

I have actually gained weight since I began competing... When I first meet my boyfriend I was a mere 105 lbs, and since then I have put on a lot of muscle and learned healthy eating habits.

I compete in bikini; but I haven't achieved my optimal level of fitness yet! I want to continue to push myself and see how far I can go.

I eat 5 meals a day consisting of a variety of foods, during competition training, I lower my carbohydrate intake and up my healthy fats, like nuts and flax seed oil. Lots of fruits and veggies for protein I use chicken breast and fish I love salmon and Cod!! Yummy!

I work out 5 days a week, doing about 15 - 20 minutes of cardiovascular, Mondays - back, Tuesday - chest and abs; Wednesdays - off, Thursday - legs and abs, Friday- shoulders, Saturday - arms, and Sundays are an off day.

I'm currently still in school, perusing a psychology degree.

I want to live life to the fullest, maintain a healthy lifestyle I would love to become a Figure Pro, or have a modeling contract or see myself in a fitness magazine some day that would be Amazing!

I played soccer all my life! I love the game I also ran track in High School.

I want to thank my family, and my boyfriend for all of their support!
