I always dreamed of modeling and have taken extremely good care of my physical appearance until the opportunity fell in my lap. Maintaining a good physique and knowledge of fashion just makes a lot of sense to me.

Curtis Jackson, a trainer at my gym, Ultimate Fitness in Shelton, CT, approached me about modeling after he competed at Model Universe in Miami, so with his coaching I competed in my first model contest at the Model New York event were I placed second.

I have 14 years gymnastics experience and in college I participated on the gymnastics and track and field teams. I also enjoy indoor rock climbing and core training. I work out 3-4 times per week and do two body parts per workout. I change my routine every week and use whey protein, daily multivitamin, and ginseng. My health is impeccable and I feel the benefits throughout my workouts, career, and playing sports.

I am a physical therapist in Stamford, Connecticut practicing outpatient orthopedics and improving people's lives. I have set goals of opening my own practice and get my doctorate within five years.
